Shaquita Lee brings over 15 years of professional experience integrating clinical care with organizational leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, grounding her work in both systems-based thinking and evidence-based therapeutic practice.
Shaquita provides compassionate, client-centered therapy to individuals and families, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges. She approaches treatment from a systemic lens, recognizing the impact of family dynamics, relationships, and broader contexts on mental health and emotional well-being.
In addition to her clinical work, Shaquita serves as Office Administrator at She’s Counseling, where she supports practice operations while fostering a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for clients and staff. Her background in healthcare administration strengthens her ability to balance ethical clinical care with effective practice management.
Shaquita is deeply committed to mental health advocacy and suicide prevention and is dedicated to empowering clients through collaboration, resilience-building, and meaningful change on their journey toward healing and growth.
